All products are made to order and shipped directly from our Printify production partners across the United States.

Processing Time:

• 2–5 business days (average)
• Custom items may take 5–7 business days

Shipping Time:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on holiday seasons, weather delays, or carrier issues.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Wrong Address Policy:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
However, we will help file a claim when possible.
